Fast and easy, had such an amazing time learning from the chef how they make their delicious fish and chicken.

Plating: Clean and simple. Good portion of fries, serving of salad and of course the crunchy protein on both plates.

Taste and Texture: Fish fingers- Crunchy and right on the boarder of perfect. Super flaky and moist fish that was absolutely fresh.

Cordon Bleu- Crunchy and right on the border of perfect.

Strawberry Jello

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pkt of strawberry jello crystals
1/4 cup cream
3/4 cup hot water
4 fresh strawberries

(the above measurements serves 1)

DIRECTIONS

Pour jello crystals in hot water and mix till the crystals are dissolved.
Add in the cream to the mixture and gently stir.
Cut up 2 strawberries to desired size and shape and add to the mixture.

Dessert is my section, so you know it’s good when its Clare approved.

The only place that serves the type of dessert and it was nothing close to what I had imagined.

 

Plating: Two frozen blocks of nogurt with a layer of frozen strawberry sauce. Two balls of deep fried nogurt and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. A side bowl of chocolate sauce to add on your dessert as you please.
